Soffits bridge the area between the side of your home and the roof edge, they finish and protect the underside of the roof overhang. Our soffits are designed to withstand any weather and are custom cut to fit your home exactly. They come in a variety of colours and styles designed to compliment the fascia and bargeboards. We remove the old soffit completely (inc Asbestos) and replace it using our highest quality PVC-ue soffit products. We can advise on the correct ventilation requirements to comply with all building regulations.
The fascias on your home are the most obvious feature of our roofline system being the vertical boards fitted to the end of rafters on the lowest edge of the roof (just below the tiles/slates), the guttering is usually fixed on to the fascia. We use only the finest, high impact, virgin uPVC 20mm fascia boards, they are highly durable and require very low maintenance. Our fascias are designed to withstand the rigours of the Scottish weather and will never discolour, fade, warp or rot. Our fascia boards provide exceptional protection for your home and are designed to fit perfectly with our full roofline system.
Bargeboards are the boards located at the gable end of the roof that are designed to both protect and conceal the roof timbers of your home. Our bargeboards will protect your roof lining and keep it dry. Bargeboards are fastened to the projecting gables of a roof. It is like fascia but on the gables, the finished surface below the bargeboard is the soffit. We replace existing bargeboards, traditionally made from wood, using the highest quality PVC-ue products. All our products have been designed to withstand the extreme elements of the Scottish weather.
Our cellular PVC-ue cladding is an ideal substitute for timber cladding in that it will not discolour with time, it will retain its appearance, it is virtually maintenance free and is highly weather resistant to weather conditions. In addition, it can significantly improve the thermal performance of buildings, particularly when combined with insulation. We have a full range of robust cellular PVC cladding profiles in traditional styles and colour options, with complementary joints, trims and fixings.

The Deepflow profile produces self-cleansing flow resulting in a very high capacity and it comes in 4 colours. Premier is the only 112mm true half round PVCu gutter system in the UK. This unique profile gives Premier a higher capacity than any other manufacturer's 100 - 112mm half round system. This system is also interchangeable with other 5 (127mm) gutter systems.
