PDS was established in 1996 and have completed all relevant City and Guilds qualifications. PDS are registered with the Construction Skills Certification Scheme. PDS undertakes work ranging from individual plastering and decorating jobs through to full loft and garage conversions. More details regarding these services can be found on the relevant tabs above. We regularly work alongside other tradesmen and are accustomed to the work flow of something like a kitchen replacement, being flexible in the timing of work required and dedicated to completing work in time for other trades to be able to work effectively.
This is an area where attention to detail is very important as a top quality plaster finish provides a strong base for any decorating that is then done on top of it. All aspects of plastering work can be undertaken including full stripping back and replacement of plaster board on walls or ceilings. We provide a very high quality finish, with attention to detail on areas such as corners, window recesses and angles around staircases - examples of this work is shown below (please click an image to zoom).
In addition to the individual services provided, we can also undertake much larger projects such as loft and garage conversions and other building work. Fitting of Velux windows and internal doors and skirting are also services offered - this can provide a complete end to end service for internal work when coupled with our plastering, painting and decorating skills.
Soffits and fascias are an important element of the appearance of the outside of a house. Traditional wooden fittings require a high level of maintenance and replacement with a plastic fitting can be a good investment. In addition to soffits and fascias, we also fit dry verges, gutters and downpipes.
All roofing work can be undertaken, from a small patching job to a full re-roof or roofing of an extension if required. We also have experience in the area of chimney repairs and have worked extensively on both pitched and flat roofs.
