An increasingly popular solution, Synergy R.S.C Ltd is delighted to be able to supply and install several different types of flat roofing. Flat roofs, with efficient maintenance, can have a long lifespan. Our fully trained and certified installers work with IKO, Armourplan, Spectraplan and Alwitra amongst many others, and are all CSCS/SSSTS/NVQ qualified with many years' experience in flat roofing. We offer a free site survey, and guarantees are available on request. Single ply membranes are an extremely versatile, reinforced, waterproofing solution and are a popular design choice for many clients.

We have a network of reliable external contractors for the services of scaffolding, netting and edge protection. Due to harsh weather conditions and geographical factors, the coating on cladding sheets can de-laminate and peel back from the sheets edge. If left, the exposed metal will begin to corrode and eventually perforate, leaving your building vulnerable to leaks. The easy application system we use at Synergy RSC to remedy this has a proven long life, unaffected by the extremes of weather and temperature that caused the corrosion in the first place. Exceptional adhesion creates a tough seal whilst being flexible enough to withstand normal surface movements.

Here at Synergy R.S.C Ltd, we specialise in the repair and removal of Non Licensed Asbestos fibre cement roof sheets. Adhering to the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012, as well as the most up to date Health and Safety guidelines, we make your safety and that of our operatives, our upmost priority. For every project, we provide specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements and all our operatives have current UKATA training. From conducting a site survey ourselves and arranging an independent asbestos survey and air test for your premises if required, to using a licensed disposal system that will provide you with consignment notes for your waste; we use diligence and our expert knowledge to ensure your project is in the best hands.
