We specialise in IKO Felt and Permaphalt systems for flat roofing applications. Our felt roofing solutions combine traditional techniques with modern materials to deliver reliable weatherproofing. From re-felting existing roofs to complete installations, we ensure proper drainage and insulation while providing 20-year warranties on approved systems for commercial and residential properties.
Single Ply Roofing
Our Single Ply Roofing systems offer lightweight, flexible solutions with high life expectancy. Using materials like Fatra Single Ply membranes, we create clean, watertight installations that require minimal maintenance. These systems are ideal for both new constructions and roof refurbishments, providing energy efficiency and ease of application across various property types.
Green Roofing Systems
We design and install bespoke green roofing systems that combine environmental benefits with architectural functionality. These systems improve insulation, reduce urban heat island effects, and enhance biodiversity. Our solutions cater to both retrofit projects and new developments, incorporating sustainable drainage and vegetation management tailored to each property's requirements.
Roof Insulation
Our commercial flat roof insulation services use high-quality materials from trusted suppliers like Kingspan. We install tapered insulation systems to prevent water pooling and improve energy efficiency. By combining insulation with waterproofing solutions such as mastic asphalt or cold-applied membranes, we ensure optimal thermal performance while maintaining structural integrity and compliance with building regulations.
