Can't recommend Patrick highly enough. Asked him to do a roof survey and while unfortunately he couldn't get on to the top of the roof he did thoroughly examine the inside and sent us a load of photos and detail. Then, because he couldn't get to the outside, didn't charge us a thing. If we get the house I really hope he's available to do the work!
