Haven Gas & Heating Services is the Gas Safe Registered division of Haven Building & Maintenance Ltd, we offer a wide variety of services. In 1968 the 22-storey Ronan Point Apartment Block in Canning Town, London was devastated by a massive gas blast that claimed five lives. The tragedy lead to a determination to protect the public from unsafe gas installations. Corgi was duly founded in 1970 as the Confederation for the Registration of Gas Installers, and was given the task of ensuring that gas work was carried out safely.

Haven Electrical Services is the specialist electrical division of Haven Building & Maintenance Ltd. We have qualified Electricians and are a NICEIC Domestic and Commercial approved contractor. After a Periodic Compliance & Inspection test has been completed a certificate will be produced.
Haven Drainage Services is the specialist drainage & CCTV camera surveying division of Haven Building & Maintenance Ltd and we offer emergency call outs for this service. We have dedicated personnel with experience in rectifying drainage problems, quickly, efficiently and with the least amount of disruption to the customer as possible. When drains are blocked, you need them cleared fast. State of the art technology is used to ensure you get perfect picture quality every time.
