Our process includes initial consultation, structural planning, and seamless project management from foundations to final finishes. Clients benefit from tailored solutions that enhance property value while maintaining architectural integrity within Cheshire's local planning guidelines.
Renovations
Comprehensive renovation services transform existing spaces through modernisation and repair. We handle complete kitchen/bathroom refits, structural modifications, and energy efficiency upgrades. Our approach preserves building character while incorporating contemporary standards, ensuring homes meet modern living requirements without compromising original aesthetics.
Loft Conversions
We convert underutilised loft spaces into functional rooms including bedrooms, offices, and play areas. Services cover structural reinforcement, insulation, staircase installation, and full interior finishing. Projects adhere to building regulations while maximising headroom and natural light to create valuable additional living areas.
Roofing
Our roofing solutions address both maintenance and complete replacements. We install durable slate, tile, and flat roofing systems while repairing leaks, damaged flashing, and guttering issues. All work includes safety-certified inspections and long-term warranties to ensure weatherproof protection for residential properties.
Decking
We create custom timber and composite decking solutions for gardens and patios. Services include substructure preparation, water-resistant installation, and non-slip surface finishing.
