The team have all been trained by Malcolm, keeping the standard and quality of work high. Along with Malcolm, members of the team are NVQ qualified, hold CSCS health and safety cards and Malcolm is a LSA trained lead welder. As he works alongside the team day to day he continues to pass on his skills and knowledge of the trade.
