A neighbour’s tree had damaged three of the cement roof sheets on the garage.
When I worked out it was going to be a seven hour round trip for me to pick them up I decided to try getting some second hand locally. After a couple of weeks and COVID restrictions being eased I called there sales department for a quote. I’m dyslexic so have to give my address and email address very slowly to get it correct. The person on the end of the phone took the time and repeated each bit back just to be sure. (Some of the words are in Welsh)
Because I don’t have access to a van and it would be seven hour trip to Sheffield I couldn’t go ahead with the order.
Later the same morning I got the message they would be fitting a new garage roof to an address only an hour away and the small sheets might fit in my car.
So so helpful, I measured my car and then ordered six panels. A few days later I met them where they were working and they carefully helped me get them in the car.
I want you to know that without chatting to them on the phone and by email being so helpful I wouldn’t have bothered buying six new panels.
It’s been a pleasure dealing with such a competent sales office.

Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish and could not be happier with our new garage roof, PVC fronts and new window that the lads did for us! The ladies on the phone were amazing too nothing too much trouble and were able to answer all my questions. Would definitely recommend you will not be disappointed

We had a big refurbishment on our garage. New roof and new double electric door. We are delighted with the result. Great workmen and cleared everything away and left all clean and tidy.
