Damaged lead is recycled and recast using our 7-metre casting table, ensuring sustainable practices and bespoke solutions for complex architectural needs.
Sand Cast Lead Manufacturing
Since 2007, we have operated a sand-cast lead facility producing Code 6 to Code 10 sheets. This process allows recycling of aged lead into sustainable materials. Our partially automated system ensures consistent quality for projects requiring custom lead components, supporting both restoration and new builds with precision-engineered solutions.
