We are a traditional and contemporary roofing company based in Burgess Hill, West Sussex. We are fully approved contractors with Kemper System, Hydrostop EU AH-25, Crystic Roof and Vodichem liquid waterproofing products. With all new tiling and slating work, we offer a 15 year product warranty backed by SIG PLC.

Our experienced and friendly team service, supply and fit an extensive range of roof tiles from traditional clay to concrete. With this particular project we used the Stratex Warm Roof system. This is a build-up of a bitumen Primer, a Self Adhesive Vapour barrier, a strong adhesive and interlocking Kempertherm FR reinforced insulation boards. These particular insulation boards come in a variety of thicknesses and have a 3mm thick layer of reinforced bitumen-based fibres to aid a durable and lasting surface.

Our team aim to provide a friendly and experienced service, supplying and fitting an extensive variety of slates ranging from natural slate to any brand of artificial slate. For this particular project we used an Eternit fibre cement based slate which was in keeping with what was initially in place and helped to keep costs down. The remit was to strip back the existing roof to the rafters, treat all exposed timbers with a wood preserve and felt, baton and re-slate both pitched roofs. During the course of the project we noticed a lot of issues that were causing water ingress to the building.

Our aim is to provide a dedicated and high level experienced service that will keep you watertight for many years to come. Whether it be your garage roof, bay window, front porch or your typical flat roof - and providing that the substrate is of a sound nature - we promote many overlay systems, renewing your existing flat roof by up to 25 years. We choose to do it this way so as to reduce time and costings for our clients. We supply a variety of cold liquid flat roof coverings and are fully qualified for each system we provide.
