Roofing
We provide comprehensive roofing solutions including slate and tile replacements, fibreglass systems, and warm roof conversions. Our team handles both residential and commercial projects, using materials from approved suppliers like Icopal and Cure IT. With over 50 years of experience, we ensure durable, weatherproof installations that blend seamlessly with existing structures while maintaining strict safety standards throughout the process.
Scaffolding
Our scaffolding services offer secure working platforms for construction and maintenance projects. CISRS and CSCS approved, our installations comply with all safety regulations while minimising disruption to property occupants. We design bespoke scaffolding configurations for both simple and complex architectural challenges, ensuring safe access for our team and clients during roofing and building works across Devon and surrounding areas.
Lead Work
Specialist lead work services include flashings, valleys, and architectural detailing to prevent water ingress. Our craftsmen combine traditional techniques with modern materials to create watertight seals around chimneys, dormers, and roof intersections. This critical waterproofing component is executed with precision, ensuring long-term protection for both historic and contemporary buildings while maintaining aesthetic continuity with existing roof features.
Cladding
We install durable cladding systems that enhance building aesthetics while providing weather protection. Our composite panel installations replace old asbestos materials with modern, safe alternatives that improve thermal efficiency. Projects include large-scale commercial applications like Blundell's School, where we removed 1000 sq m of asbestos roofing and installed composite panels, demonstrating our capability to handle complex, regulated materials safely and efficiently.
Building Works
From kitchen extensions to complete structural renovations, our building works integrate seamlessly with roofing projects. We manage all aspects including foundations, brickwork, and finishing touches while maintaining strict project timelines. Our experience includes challenging builds with access constraints and utility conflicts, where our problem-solving approach ensures successful completion without compromising quality or safety standards.
