Can't recommend Jim and his team highly enough. We recently had them fit new windows, doors and slate cills. They applied smooth render to the exterior of our bungalow which was previously a pebble-dash finish. All work was carried out to an extremely high standard and everything was left clean and tidy at the end of each day. Thanks to Jim. Having recently had a utility extension built by J.M. Connell Building and Roofing Contractors, Callington, I certainly wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Their response following my initial contact inviting them to quote in competition for the job was encouraging with Jim, the owner, immediately offering up cost saving proposals to improve upon our architects design. The quotation was clearly set out and the price quoted was competitive, the building works were completed in the timescale promised by a team of efficient friendly tradesmen and the site was kept tidy throughout with clear honest communications coming from all involved at every stage.

Professional and so helpful from the start. Jim and his team came in after we were ripped off by a rogue builder, they put my mind at ease within the first 5 minutes, every question was answered and every detail was sorted. The quality workmanship, honesty and great value for money means we have lots more worked booked in with Jim.
