Very good customer service. I ordered a pair of Headphones and they contacted me the same day saying they ran out of stock in their main warehouse and offered me a different pair as an alternative to make up for the difference.
Cambridge Store: Great shop and helpful staff. They got my Astell & Kern AK70 Sync to my Mini - even though I have bought it elsewhere. In the past they arranged to replace the valves in my MF amp.
