I bought a laptop in August. On the first day the mouse pad would not work. I returned it to microlink (paying for the postage myself) & they returned it to me telling me there was nothing wrong with the laptop and asked me to change my amazon review (I had to pay for the postage). Mousepad is still broken & I have returned it to microlink again. I'm now waiting for a response from microlink, nearly 4 months after paying for the laptop, hoping for a refund. We will see.
