Put my Pc into the shop yesterday, 17th April to get the Motherboard, RAM, CPU, SSD and Graphics card updated, basically from 2011 to 2018. Staff are friendly, helpful and did a fantastic job, I am really pleased with everything they did and the Pc now looks great.
In the past NEP have been great. However, recently I sent enquiries (via the website) about a small piece of work and had absolutely zero response, even after trying twice. I managed to do the job myself eventually but really, guys, you ought to respond to messages even if it is to say no! So: 5 stars for past service, 1 star for recent disappointment = 3 stars
I wouldn't go anywhere else for computer issues. Nice guys, reasonable prices and don't treat people who are not very computer savvy like idiots. Definitely recommend.
