Our commitment to research and development allows us to have complete confidence in the recommendations we make since we use the technology ourselves. It also ensures that the guidance we give is based on comprehensive knowledge of every appropriate technological option. Nitec's close relationship with global IT partners enhances our ability to remain at the leading-edge, giving us unfettered access to new products and technologies. We are the only company in Ireland to have been selected by Microsoft to participate in Windows "Technology Advancement Programmes" which saw the company play a unique role in shaping products at a Microsoft Corporate level.
At Nitec, our Managed Services offering runs on a 30-day rolling contract. You'll find that most other IT Managed Services providers will tie you into contracts of two years or more, but we want to offer you flexibility. So, if for any reason you feel you can't continue with our Managed Services offering, you can give us 30 days' notice to end the contract. Nitec is also home to the only HP Warranty Services and Repair centre in Northern Ireland. This means that if you need any repairs on your HP hardware, we can bring them in-house and carry out the repairs in our workshop.
As economies mature, businesses get leaner, more efficient, and competitive. One way to set yourself apart from the competition is by using your data, as Nitec's Mark Jones explains here.
