This is Highway cares Rapidly Deployable temporary fencing solution and has no below-ground foundations and can provide mitigation against attack by a hostile vehicle at speeds of up to 48 km/h (30 mph). Mark Wood is the Commercial Manager for our security solutions. Mark joined Highway Care in January 2020, and has over 12 years experience with Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) Security.
