Awfull company for DSA students. Has taken over 3 months to recieve a replacement laptop with microsoft word installed. Laptop had a software problem that meant it didn't switch on at all after 2 weeks of use. Sent back to be seen to, only for a plastic part to be broken by the technician. Company orders wrong plastic part from Fujitsu from the other side of the world, arrives after several weeks. Mistake rectified - new part ordered and finally fitted. Laptop then sent back without any software on. Software disks were then posted out to me to install, but no registration code was supplied. Registration code requested, incorrect code sent to me. Currently waiting for a working registration code. Over the last year I have made a genuine attempt to give this company benefit of doubt, but since I recently did not have the laptop for the duration of my dissertation, I will now be recomending them to be removed from the DSA's list of approved suppliers. Paul Shepherd, you must be an innefective leader because your company is shit.
