Our electricians are all City & Guilds qualified and trained to the latest I.E.E. Electrical Wiring Regulation amendments. We provide a complete range of electrical services from small electrical call outs and repairs through to full scale electrical design, installation and testing. Our team carry out EICR Electrical Installation Condition Reports for domestic properties and businesses (formerly called Periodic Fixed Wiring Electrical Inspections). Tencer Ltd install, service and maintain air conditioning equipment ranging from the smallest single split type system through to large Multi Split complete office systems. Our experienced team carry out design and installation of all types of air conditioning systems including VRV, computer room close control, split systems and chilled water. We have established links with the leading manufacturers and as such can provide a tailored design to meet any requirements. Tencer Ltd are an approved Toshiba Registered installer which allows us to provide a 5 year warranty when coupled with a routine service program.
Our boiler engineers are qualified to carry out service and repair on all makes of boiler. We will carry out detailed checks and utilise gas analyser readings to assess boiler performance and safety. Tencer Ltd design, supply and install all types of gas and oil boiler from domestic through to large commercial boilers including complete heating system replacements. Our experienced team of qualified engineers provide a complete range of services from call outs for minor plumbing problems to new installations of domestic and commercial heating and hot water systems.
