Back in 2006, I found myself juggling the demands of raising a young family and earning a wage. Prior to my husband and I starting our family, I had worked in the legal sector. However, given the heavy demands of both family life and working in law, the two failed to compliment the demands of one another. By chance, I happened to come across employment with a local cleaning company. A job which began as a part-time Area Manager, it fitted well with family life. Rapidly, I found myself being promoted from Area Manager to Business Development Manager.
