In the unfortunate event of your boiler breaking down we will send one of our fully qualified and experienced engineers, usually on the same day to solve your problem and because our engineers carry a wide range of spare parts we are normally able to do this on the first visit. We recommend that you service your boiler annually to ensure its efficient running, our engineers can attend and thoroughly service your boiler and bleed the radiators as part of the service. Over time the system may develop sludge you can often tell this when parts of the radiators do not get hot, we offer a complete power flushing service using a power flush machine and chemicals, which removes the sludge from the system and makes the heating system run more efficiently again.
When you contacts us about the installation of a new boiler we send one of our friendly and highly trained engineers to survey the property free of charge and offer you the best advice for the type of boiler/system to suit your needs. We then provide a comprehensive no obligation quotation giving details of the work we will carry out. You are free to contact us or call into our showroom at any time to discuss the your new boiler further. We use a wide range of A rated energy efficient boilers and we are Worcester, Vaillant and Baxi-Potterton accredited installers.
