Jamo Nezzar aka JamCore has been involved in fitness his whole life. He was born in Algeria and spent his youth playing soccer. With his passion for health and sports, Jamo began a biology and pre-med program in his home country. His love of bodybuilding eventually outpaced his medical school desires. After completing his biology degree, Jamo decided to move to London to pursue his dream of becoming an international professional body builder.
