Proclean has provided the cleaning service for wide ranging events, from horse racing at Goodwood and the world famous Festival of Speed, to a comedy festival for the TV channel Comedy Central and even a music festival for the Labour Party in north London. As you can see, very diverse and wide ranging events, all successfully staffed and managed by our experienced team. We have been the official contractor for the prestigious Goodwood Estate since 2000 looking after Goodwood Racecourse, including Glorious Goodwood and motorsport events the Festival of Speed, Goodwood Revival and the more recent Members Meeting.

Hot water extraction, also known as "steam cleaning", is the method of cleaning where heated water is jetted onto the carpet under pressure and is extracted out with a powerful vacuum. We use the most advanced cleaning equipment available - our hot water extraction process will leave your carpet looking better than ever, it dries quickly and leaves no sticky residue. We will happily move furniture to clean carpets, clean underneath and then replace. Where necessary we will put furniture on pads or foil to prevent your carpet from marking.

Based in Lavant near Chichester, we started out in 1980 with Margaret and Den Balchin carrying out part time carpet and upholstery cleaning. We've grown a bit since then and during the summer months when we are busy with Goodwood and other events, we now have upward of 250 staff on the payroll. Despite this growth we never forget what sets us apart from other companies, that attention to detail and the personal touch. We look after our staff too, many of whom have been with us more years than we care to remember, not only our dedicated full time staff but also our part time staff who carry out domestic house cleaning as well as working tirelessly at the various events we provide cleaning staff for.
