Had an emergency at home! Called the house insurance, who sent out an engineer who finally arrived 5 hours later, then refused to do the work as the pipes were not exposed! Feeling very frustrated we called AQUATECH, Advise was given over the phone first before the engineer came to us. Engineer turned up, very clean and tidy worker, didn't even have to ask him to take his shoes off, he left them on the doorstep! Very professional and polite, a job well done, would highly recommend and use again. Thank you
