Ambassador Cleaning Services has many years of experience implementing a range of services to all sectors of Industry, Commerce and Local Authorities. Our reputation has been established over many years by listening and responding to our client needs.

A cleaning solution is sprayed onto the item and immediately vacuumed, extracting both the solution and soiling. We can tailor the services either as a one-off clean or schedule a maintenance programme that best addresses the frequency of use in different areas of the clients' premises.

The general look of any office impacts not only on employees state of mind, but also influences a visitors perception of a company. Our staff are polite, efficient and follow a strict housekeeping code ensuring they leave your premises as they found them - with only cleaner windows. We use the latest techniques using a variety of methods to carry out the task in the safest method possible such as; reach and wash, powered access equipment, cradle and abseiling. A thorough survey of the clients' premises is carried out to prepare Risk Assessments and Method Statements.

This rather bespoke service became a natural extension to our established Industrial Cleaning service. Many customers asked if we could paint/refurbish the very floors, walls or equipment we were cleaning for them. The right paints need to be sourced (depending on what is being painted) and again, health and safety issues have to be addressed. We specialise in the application of floor coatings including: epoxies, self-levellers, epoxy screed, anti-slip systems, floor repairs, protective coatings, line marking and stencilled instruction to floors, walls and machinery.

Following this and discussions with the client, a bespoke Specification and Scope of Work is prepared on which we base our costings. The Specification and Scope of Work figure strongly during our training programmes so that the cleaners know exactly what the client expects. Cleaning chemicals are selected from our suppliers 'Greenline' range, in order to minimise any chance of contamination or damage to surfaces being cleaned. We ensure continuity of work during periods of planned and unexpected absenteeism, supplying cover via our Area Supervision.
