TBS Mechanical Design and Build are a Birmingham based mechanical and electrical building services company specialising in the design and installation of all mechanical building services. Our client base is diverse ranging from retail through to commercial and local authority projects giving a broad spectrum of services in which we are skilled.
The company was formed in 1981 by Alan Cresswell and Alan Strickland, both of whom have worked for national building services contracting and consulting organisations gaining qualifications and experience in the design and installation of the full range of mechanical services. The company, from this time, has focused on national multi site organisations including Merlin Group, Superdrug and Fitness First. In parallel with the retail sector, we also carry out design and installation for Forest Holidays, West Midlands Fire Service, Ministry of Defence and various authorities and public bodies.
