Excellent service. Fitted a reclaimed Victorian fireplace for us. They knew what they were doing. Inspired confidence from the first meeting when he came to quote for the work. They turned up as planned, got straight to work, worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. Great workmanship. Very friendly. Would highly recommend their services! Thanks again!

I'm sorry to say that I have found the service provided by this company has fallen short of my expectations. On Thursday 3rd December 2015 Mike came to my house to inspect a leak on my landing radiator and told me that I needed a new one and that he would arrange this. On Friday 4th December 2015 a chap called Dean telephoned me to say that an engineer would come on Tuesday Morning to install new radiator. Tuesday 8th December 2015 my Carer Sylvia came early to give me my personal care in case the engineer wanted to the off water supply.
No engineer turned up, so Sylvia had to rearrange the date for an engineer to call with Dean from the office who told her that an engineer will call on Tuesday 15th December 2015 (morning). I would like to get this problem sorted before the Christmas Holidays.
