We have a wide range of in-warranty and out-of-warranty services to give you total peace of mind if your boiler breaks down. If you have a Maintenance and Support plan on your Main boiler, you can book a repair online through Domestic and General.
If we are not able to repair your boiler or we decide that it is beyond repair, Domestic & General will arrange for your boiler to be replaced with a new one, up to the value of £750. Installation costs are not included. Taking out an in-warranty plan will help to ensure it remains valid by including annual servicing. You can also get maintenance for your boiler or central heating, including controls. If your warranty has come to an end we have a range of plans that include an annual service and maintenance for your boiler or central heating.
