Gas safety inspections are vital to the continuing safety of your business and commercial premises. Westward Energy Services are a certified gas inspection company. We will ensure that your gas system is running safely and efficiently. As well as performing an official gas safety inspection, we're also happy to offer advice to any of our customers on general gas and heating safety. We can also manage service information for you and advise you when the Safety Inspection is due, so you can easily keep your gas safety certificates up to date.

Westward Energy Services can offer a comprehensive boiler house maintenance package, or ad-hoc services from repair of a boiler to a leaking pipe. We can programme all service dates and supply a full asset register and service reports on completion of maintenance. Our commercial team response times are typically 3 - 4 hours, we operate 24/7 and have engineers on call for emergencies, which covers peak and off peak times, weekends and bank holidays. Any heating unit that has a 70kW power rating or above is classed as a commercial appliance. Not spending another day in just for a plumber that 1) has no clue what he is doing and 2) didn't even have the parts needed as he didn't want to drive to collect them. This is the final straw in a long list of mess ups. Every time a new plumber comes out they seem to be more clueless. Between them and the office staff they seem to manage to make the problem worse.

Appalling service 5 days no heating the first day they said I was offered heating lie after complainting after the first night freezing I received 2 small heaters the following day back and forth a number of times don't really know what is wrong themselves anyway waited in all day for a morning call as I made them aware I had a afternoon shift at work didn't show up again a lie from their department saying it's marked as any time total shambles I wld not bother working along this firm they clearly can't get it right ps still no heating just the 2 small heaters which have cost a small fortune over this period 0f days *O I wld give them.

I had an engineer out to service the boiler yesterday and cannot fault the dedication of this guy - 4 hours he spent finding the cause of the boiler issues i've been having where 3 other engineers walked away saying everything was fine - when it clearly wasnt. Massive appreciation to this guy and a great customer service by the company in general. Thank you :
