We undertake projects up to a value of 10million and offer our clients full architectural services. Through in-depth knowledge of the planning system and thoughtful innovative design, we tailor cost-effective solutions to our private, public, and corporate clients' requirements.
The aim of a development can take many forms. The main objective could be to create maximum profit for a property developer, or to achieve maximum sunlight in an individual house or garden. When we start the briefing process at the feasibility stage of a project, we discuss these matters very carefully with our clients. More than once we have changed domestic extensions into "new-build" situations. Sometimes a lesser amount of high quality is more valuable than high density of low value.
