Although its not a legal requirement to get a home boiler serviced (unless your renting the property) its still a good idea for several reasons, but mainly the safety of you and your family. Carbon monoxide is a silent killer in the gas world. If there were a gas leak you could smell it but there is no smell to Carbon monoxide. With an annual inspection our engineers will cover all of the aspects of your boiler, not only to make sure its safe but burning correctly which in turn could mean a saving on your monthly gas bill!
