IHD Architectural Services provide a personal and professional service to all our clients when designing and planning an extension, conversion, new build or internal alterations. Detailed computer aided design plans are produced for submission to your Local Planning Authority for the appropriate permission and we will liaise with them during this process on your behalf. Upon gaining the appropriate permission from Local Planning Authority IHD can then handle the Building Regulation approvals. This will involve detailed construction drawings, section details and specification notes and, if required, our Structural Engineer will produce structural calculations.
