Pitched Roof Dormers tend to be more in keeping with the existing roof pitch. Flat Roof Dormers normally offer the largest available usable space inside the Loft Conversion. Dormers can have a variety of finishes to match the rest of the property where possible. Finishes range from cement based renders to hanging tiles, lead covering to wood or plastic cladding, and in most cases will be maintenance-free.
