Professional Consultants Certificate

Are you about to commence a new housing project or self-build? Do you want to convert an old barn or maybe transform an older property into several flats? Or perhaps you have completed properties without valid certification. For any of these scenarios the Professional Consultants Certificate could be the answer. This type of certificate is very cost effective and is pre-approved by the council of mortgage lenders for your sale, mortgage or re-financing requirements. This certificate used to be known as an 'Architects Certificate' and is not an insurance policy or structural warranty; however, it is possible to start with this low cost option certificate and upgrade at a later date to a full ten year warranty.

As a constantly growing business, we are delighted to announce that we will be creating 3 additional Surveying positions to add to our existing team of Surveyors. The successful candidates will hold at least one of the following qualifications: RICS, CIAT, RIBA, CIOB or MICE. The role is flexible and is ideally (but not restricted to) designed to work around an existing type of employment such as an Architect/Surveyor/ Retired or semi-retired building inspector or other. The candidate will be available to carry out monitoring inspections to residential dwellings for one of the following areas: Mid Wales/ South Wales/ Essex/ The Lake District and or surrounding area of Lancaster.
