The story of Tonic Studios began over 18 years ago in South Wales, UK, when our founders collaborated with various brands to manufacture quality cutting tools for the horticulture market. The success of these collaborations allowed us to apply the knowledge gained from gardening tools to other areas including kitchenware and homeware. As our brand reputation grew, we had the opportunity to take our first step into the craft industry by making dies for television shopping. This proved to be a perfect match, combining the best cutting technology from across industries with the inspiring creativity of crafting.

Tonic as a company are the best. I have had the craft kit from day one and can't categorically say that they are worth every penny. It's nice to get a taster of products that are not out yet. Also had few problems with orders but tonic have been quick to sort out any error. Can't believe it's only been two years since I started crafting but with the amount of stiff I have it's like it's been years.
They have the best customer service I have ever encountered. There goods are top quality and the staff exceptionally friendly.
I recently purchased a Tonic die set that appeared to have a small die missing from it. I phoned Tonic to clarify if it was actually missing as there was nothing on the packaging showing the die in question. I spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Laura who confirmed it was missing and arranged to send me a replacement. Two days later it arrived. I phoned Laura to thank her but felt she deserves public recognition as well, so thank you very much Laura, there are a lot of companies who could learn a thing or two about customer service from Tonic!
