Centrespace Design

Established in 2010, Centrespace Design is a dynamic and progressive Structural Engineering Consultancy practice. The team is headed up by Director and Founder, Daniel Ball. We provide a complete Structural Engineering Design service including state of the art 3D structural design for residential and commercial projects in London, Oxfordshire and the Thames Valley and often further afield. Our busy head office is located in the beautiful town of Henley on Thames and we have a small second office in London in Clerkenwell.

Over the last ten years Centrespace design have developed relationships with the full chain of the design and construction teams. This enables us to pull together numerous contacts for each role as proposals to our clients. This turnkey service establishes a close nit team of professionals for all our projects. We specialise in providing a fast efficient service with experience led decisions made early on, informing smooth production of information and quick erection of the structure on site. This may require additional design time to ensure the details are signed off with steel frame or laminated frame contractors but the effort is well worth it.

The backbone of our business is creative structural design. We work very closely with a number of architects, developers and construction consultants providing a complete structural design package for a wide range of commercial and residential projects. We are able to provide extensive drainage solutions for implementing sustainable urban drainage systems (SUDS), pumping systems and storage chambers for both foul and surface water. Our specialist team provide cut and fill volumetric calculations using our in-house 3D design software.
