CW Group has been operating for more than 30 years. We are a family-owned firm, still managed by the founder, Clive Willis, ably supported by sons Ryan and James, together with long-standing office administrator Sue and Clive's wife Sarah. Starting from humble beginnings as a one-man window cleaner, Clive turned CW Group - through hard work and expertise - into one of the largest (if not the largest) cleaning service providers in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire. Whether it is providing that one-off specialist clean, or a full facilities managed contract which covers all cleaning, washroom services and ground maintenance, CW Group will be there to offer our satisfaction guaranteed service to clients both big and small.

In every commercial kitchen there will be an extractor system which comprises canopy, fan and ductwork. This system is designed to extract greasy air during cooking from the kitchen and move it outside. The frequency of your extractor system cleaning will depend on your kitchen usage or insurance arrangement. The Environmental Agency can also close your kitchen if your extractor system becomes a fire hazard or non-compliant to Food Safety Regulation 1995. There could also be a devastating effect on your business in case of a fire.

For external windows of a height up to 60ft, we use the water-fed pole/reach and wash system. This method provides our operatives with the ability to clean windows using 100% pure, lab graded, de-ionised water.

In addition to our various commercial and domestic cleaning services, CW Group also provides washroom services and facilities for businesses, schools, hospitals, nursing homes, hotels, pubs, community centres, offices and any other building used by staff or the public. CW Group currently supplies and manages over 1,000 sanitary disposal units to clients all over the South West. Rental costs range from just 40 per month, which includes monthly service visits by our operatives.
