We are able to offer either a part-architectural service to obtain the necessary statutory approvals, or a complete architectural service, which would include initial feasibility studies, concept and sketch proposals, submitting for planning and building regulation approval, completion of all working drawings and specification, out to tender, tender analysis, contract administration, project management and ultimately completion certificate and settling the final account.
