Services
General Cleaning
Our comprehensive cleaning services maintain commercial properties to the highest hygiene standards. We specialise in office spaces, industrial premises, and residential buildings, using antiviral agents and PPE to ensure safe environments. Our trained staff follow strict protocols for surface sanitisation and waste management, adapting to specific client requirements while maintaining social distancing measures.
ATP Testing
We offer ATP bioluminescence testing to scientifically verify surface cleanliness. Using Hygiena devices, we measure Adenosine Triphosphate levels to detect microscopic contamination invisible to the naked eye. This service provides immediate on-site results, ensuring compliance with health regulations for sectors including healthcare, hospitality, and education facilities.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning service employs Reach and Wash systems for safe, chemical-free cleaning up to 20 meters. We maintain both internal and external glass surfaces using ultra-pure water technology that prevents residue buildup. For high-rise buildings, we utilise abseiling and access platforms to ensure complete coverage of commercial properties.
Grounds Maintenance
We provide comprehensive grounds maintenance including lawn care, hedge trimming, and pressure washing of external areas. Our seasonal services ensure year-round property presentation with additional winter gritting and snow clearance. We maintain waste disposal areas and manage garden waste removal for commercial estates.
Builders Clean
Our post-construction cleaning service removes building debris, paint splatters, and dust from new developments. We prepare properties for occupancy through thorough interior and exterior cleaning, including window surfaces and floor treatments. This service complies with health and safety standards for completed construction projects.
