Services
End of Tenancy Cleaning
Our end-of-tenancy service thoroughly sanitises properties to professional standards. We clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas, including skirting boards, radiators, and windows. Steam cleaning for carpets and ovens is available. This service helps tenants secure deposit returns and landlords prepare properties for new occupants.
Gutter Cleaning
We clean gutters, downpipes, fascias, and soffits to prevent water damage. Using advanced equipment, we remove blockages and debris to protect foundations and exterior surfaces. Regular maintenance prevents costly repairs while ensuring proper water drainage from properties.
Window Cleaning
Our window cleaning uses water-fed poles for safe, chemical-free cleaning up to six floors. We clean frames, UPVC, and glass roofs to a streak-free finish. Traditional methods are available for hard-to-reach areas, ensuring clarity and improved aesthetics for residential and commercial properties.
Pressure Washing
We restore driveways, patios, and decking using high-pressure equipment. This service removes algae, moss, and stains from block paving, concrete, and tarmac surfaces. Our techniques enhance property appearance while extending the lifespan of external surfaces through deep cleaning.
Conservatory Cleaning
Specialist cleaning for conservatory roofs and frames using non-invasive equipment. We remove algae and dirt from fragile materials without structural damage. This service restores natural light transmission and improves energy efficiency while maintaining the integrity of glass and PVC components.
