The order was wrong sizes but they wouldn't take resopondibility but expected me to Jim through hoops to prove the sent wrong sizes Never use them again

Every order has missing items. I paid for a delivery service for guarantee 2nd November and still have not had my items delivered. I contacted Direct Plastics and GAP Hemel Hempstead. No one from Hemel Branch ever answers the phones. Direct Plastics do not call their customers back! Poor customer service. Can you send me my items as you have already take payment! I would not recommend this company to anyone.
