We are a local, family run business, based close to the beautiful town of Maldon on the picturesque Blackwater River. Our headquarters are situated in Tiptree just a few miles from the river. It is an ideal central location to serve the Mid-Essex community. The Company was founded by Lindsey Irvine in October 2003 after working in the cleaning industry for some time previously, where it became apparent that there was a need for a dedicated company specialising in tailored domestic cleaning. There are many cleaning contractors and agencies currently in the market offering regular or weekly cleaning, which is where these companies' strengths lie, but they are not particularly flexible when it comes to each clients' individual needs.
We utilise Prochem equipment and solutions to give the best possible results. Powerful water injection to remove grit and debris, cleanse the fibres and lift the pile of your carpet, combined with powerful suction to extract dirt and spent water leaving the carpets only slightly damp. Carpets are usually dry within 2 hours of cleaning. We provide a range of services from spot and stain removal services right up to entire house / building cleaning. We can also provide advice on how to deal with spillages.
Your conservatory will be expertly cleaned both inside and out. A full spring clean internally and thorough cleaning on the outside to remove algae, dirt and debris. Glass, frames and door / window furniture will be gently but thoroughly cleaned using professional valeting products to leave your conservatory gleaming!

We now have a brand-new water-fed pure-water pole system which means we can clean your windows & frames safely from the ground, leaving them sparkling clean & streak-free. Peter is our dedicated window cleaning operative. Our reverse osmosis & de-ionising equipment removes all particulates & impurities from tap water to facilitate a spectacular clean. Firstly tap water is Purified using Reverse Osmosis and then the water is passed through a Deionization vessel containing Mixed Bed Resin producing ultra-pure water.
