Very poor communication; happy (insistent) to take deposit monies but then disappear into an information vacuum. When they eventually do respond you only get half the story, indicating complete disorganization- AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Tonight, Saturday night, my patio door wouldn’t lock, I managed to contact Rimmers who installed it, and a very nice young man came out and sorted it for me. I was so relieved as I was unhappy going to bed leaving the door unlocked. The after care from Rimmers is excellent, and any problems are sorted without hassle. I would not hesitate to recommend Rimmers to anyone.

We had all of our windows and front door replaced last week. Couldnt fault Rimmers at all. Very competitive price, efficient service and Mark who did all the fitting was just superb. We are delighted with the results and would highly recommend them.

I recently had a new door installed, and the entire experience, from placing the order to the final installation, was smooth and stress-free. The installer did an excellent job and ensured that everything was left impeccably clean.
Had all windows and doors replaced and extremely happy with the quality and service from the sales to the lads fitting, the couple of small niggles i had were dealt with promptly with no questions asked, would highly recommend them and their product
