Established in 1984, H. A. Boulton Flooring has built a reputation as one of the UK's leading screeding contractors. Our expertise spans a wide range of screeding installations, from small-scale projects to large commercial developments valued up to 1.5 million. We collaborate with prominent main contractors such as Berkley Festival Waterfront Company, Taylor Woodrow, and Balfour Beatty, delivering high-quality solutions tailored to exacting specifications. As licensed partners of Isocrete, we utilise cutting-edge Fast Track floor screeds alongside trusted materials like Truescreed and Ardex. Our team provides comprehensive technical advice, problem-solving for complex flooring challenges, and rapid-response estimating services to support tender submissions. With decades of hands-on experience in the industry, we combine technical proficiency with a commitment to client satisfaction.

Our operations adhere to rigorous standards, incorporating advanced products such as Isocrete 'K' Screed and Ardex Ardurapid 35, which enable rapid drying times without compromising structural integrity. We specialise in both lightweight and high-density screeds, including sound-deadening solutions for sensitive environments like cinemas and hotels. Our track record includes landmark projects at Heathrow Express Link, Spinnaker Tower, and Broadmoor Hospital, demonstrating our capability to deliver precision in demanding settings. We maintain transparency throughout our processes, offering verifiable references and clear communication channels via our dedicated contact line and online enquiry system.
