Communication was great as we agreed on a date as I had to change our original date due to work Commitment but still managed to fit me in. Arrived on time and work started pretty much immediately. Was very helpful as they helped me move some furniture. Was very clean as they cleaned up as they went along. The 2 rooms were done in no time and it looked absolutely amazing with the attention to detail they put into their work. Even finished off with a polish on the vinyl flooring in the hallway. Friendly, co-operative, courteous, and very hardworking, Frank and his team have done an excellent job for the fourth time, not only in our house, but also our son's. Despite being let down twice by his carpet provider and an unexpected electrical problem our 100+yr old house threw at the team, Frank worked hard to rectify the problems quickly and efficiently, resulting in beautifully carpeted rooms.
