We are absolutely delighted with the professional job that the company did for us this week . We had two parquet floors from the 1950s which had definitely seen better days . One of them we had even considered covering until we saw some of Michael's work . They are now like two new floors and have become a feature in our home . Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

my wooden floor (24×11.5 feet) showing very bad wear & tear particularly around doorway. Hired Sand & Seal to restore. Michael arrived promptly at 8am and finished around 4pm. No fuss no mess! Finished floor exceeded our expectations! No problem recommending this company (apart from Michael's singing)

I am amazed at the difference Michael made to our floors. Although they were solid oak, they had gone an orangey shade
Michael was able to take them right back and I now have the weathered oak floor I had always wanted! And much cheaper than replacing the floor too! Thank you
