Neville Johnson have just fitted new banister spindles newel post and auxilliary fittings. I am so pleased with it. It looks marvellous. The fitter was lovely man with years of experience and explained any queries we had.

From the initial consultation, & survey to the finished Oak staircase with glass spindles we found Neville Johnson to be an extremely professional team. From preperation to completion the workmanship was of a very high standard. Our craftsman / installer kept the property clean & tidy. Superb and professional from start to finish. It took three months from start to finish but Neville Johnson fitted out beautifully our dressing room, library and study. This is the 3rd home we have now used them on and I recommend them very highly. Final note - the craftsmen who came to do the final installation were friendly and polite.

The end result was well worth the six month wait between ordering and installation. Our fitters did a great job coping with wonky walls in the old part of the house and cleaned up and left everything tidy at the end of each day.

Had a neville johnson wood and metal staircase fitted Tuesday 14/9/21 by Ben, I am so very pleased with it and the work Bens done is excellent. His attention to detail and work ethic is excellent. He covered the drive before cutting and cleaned up after inside and out. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Ben and would ask for him if I needed something else doing. Yes the prices may seem a lot but you get what you pay for and a 10 year guarantee. Any scratches in the time frame will be sorted for you. A polisher will come shortly to seal screw holes and polish the wood. This will enhance the appearance even more so I’m sure. I had all my queries answered at the start and there’s no pressure to buy. I decided after several months later. Everyone who’s been the surveyor as well have been polite and helpful. It’s changed the look of my hall and landing and I’m very pleased. Thank you all.

Neville Johnson did an excellent job overall on my new office furniture. And this was inspire of running the process through the middle of Covid. Planning stage was well supported, with good interactive design thinking. Great flexibility in meeting my needs. Communication through planning and build and install was good. Response time on email /phone was also very rapid. I am very happy with end result and would not hesitate to recommend or use NJ again.

We engaged Neville Johnson to do a 'makeover' on our staircase and I have to say, from start to finish, it has been an absolute delight to deal with them. It has been a while since I encountered a company displaying such professionalism and attention to detail. All staff we had contact with were extremely courteous, knowledgeable and communicated clearly. We can't speak highly enough about their product...it's of the highest quality, married by the efforts of their fitter who demonstrated astonishing patience and attention to detail. Very happy with the staircase. We had a staircase oak and glass balustrade fitted. It looks lovely. The team were all very professional, were very clear on the product options, and fitted on schedule with very good communication.

This is not a cheap product and I was a little reticent about spending this much money on our stairs but now done, it was definitely worth the money. The quality is superb. Standard of fitting excellent, and I am super fussy. The fitter gave us both the confidence that he could adhere to our high standards and from the initial planning to the finished article, the service was excellent. Hopefully we won't need to but I am confident that if a problem develops, I can just pick up the phone and Neville Johnson will sort it.
