Was a little nervous that 'superstore' in the title name meant impersonal. But my purchase of two oak single beds with matching nightstands from CFS has been an excellent experience. From the early stage of some pre-order enquiries about slat sizes to delivery day, customer service was responsive, polite and the delivery person on the day was most helpful. The products itself are excellent.

My order of two recliner chairs and footstools with this company has been handled with so much courtesy and care in the most superb way I have ever experienced 😀 I can highly recommend them and they will look after you and your order 100%. I was kept constantly informed throughout the order time frame.

Ordered 2 Cosy armchairs at a discounted price which were supposedly in stock. I then received a phone call telling me the supplier did not have stock but that they would be in stock some 8 weeks later and was I willing to wait. I agreed to wait and I am glad I did. The chairs arrived this week, expertly packed and in perfect condition. CFS kept me informed throughout the wait with phone calls and emails. The price I paid was also the lowest anywhere. I highly recommend CFS.

Kept well informed throughout buying process. Products delivered well packaged and undamaged. Very helpful delivery guy (Jordan) - friendly and willing to help get our goods nearer to where they were needed! Thanks …One v. minor point - we were only told of the actual delivery slot time 30 mins before!! A little more notice would be appreciated next time!

Very very happy with the mango wood cupboard we ordered online. The cupboard itself is exactly what we were hoping for both in terms of appearance and quality. Delivery driver called the day before delivery to advise of expected arrival time. The day after delivery we received a courtesy call to check we were happy with everything - now that is unheard of and a very nice touch. Have no hesitation in using CFS again.
