Thank you Dean Carpets for solving the light intrusion problem I was suffering each night, into my bedroom. Bay window with street light on all night right outside window, neighbours house bungalow lights on all night. My night time was like day time

Well what can I say! From start to finish we have received exceptional service from everyone we have dealt with at Dean Carpets. As first time property buyers we went into the shop with absolutely no idea what we were doing when looking for carpets and flooring.
Dan was great, he was patient and had great knowledge in all areas that we required. He showed us lots of different options and wasn’t pushy at all which is so important when making big purchases as you have to be sure it’s what’s right for you!
Efficiency was spot on, and the work the fitters did was absolutely incredible. They have completely transformed the look in our flat and it has such a lovely feel to it now!

I went to the shop and found the carpet I wanted. The salesman came to my home a checked my measurements and gave me a fitted price all in. We waited for the carpet to come in to stock and they came out very quickly and fitted my front room as I was not ready for the hallway. One week later I called them and they came out very quickly and fitted the hallway carpet. I must say from start to finish I could not fault the service they have provided, it's the best service. I will be using them from now on and not even looking elsewhere. It is good to find a local company with this level of service. I would just like to say Thank you to the the sales and fitters for excellent service.
